Main features
The sliding fall arrester for rope is made of aluminum, with steel and threaded carabiners and energy absorber. Being made of aluminum, the positioning device is very light (weight:180gr) and is designed for 12-13 mmØ ropes.
The rope slider is approved and complies with EN358. This device can be used with different types of positioning rope. It can be adapted to any length of rope, without the need to go to the end, as it has an easy opening mechanism.
Main applications
It is used as a sliding fall arrester for 12-13Ø lifeline rope and as a belay and positioning lanyard component preventing (by removing the absorber) reaching the fall point or simply for positioning with a lanyard, leaving the user’s hands free.
