Due to the lack of response in the delivery of documentation proving the suitability of the “lifeline” installed in the facilities of an important client in the luxury sector, we received a request from this client to certify the pre-existing “lifeline”.
After analyzing this pre-existing “lifeline”, it turned out to be impossible to certify due to serious defects in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
After studying the most appropriate solution, it was agreed with the customer to replace this lifeline with a new one in accordance with the law.
